Hydra is one of the Saronic Islands of Greece, located in the Aegean Sea between the Saronic Gulf and the Argolic Gulf. It is separated from the Peloponnese by a narrow strip of water. Horses, mules and donkeys, and water taxis provide public transportation. It was a favourite day trip for us when living in Greece. The first Flying Dolphin in the morning to Hydra and the latest back to Piraeus.
